Edward W. Moore has joined RPM International Inc. as vice president, general counsel and secretary. He succeeds and will report to P. Kelly Tompkins, who was recently promoted to executive vice president and chief administrative officer.

Moore was previously a partner with Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP, where he was co-chair of the Securities and Capital Markets Group. In this capacity, he has represented issuers and underwriters in more than 75 public securities offerings, including more than 15 initial public stock offerings. RPM has been among his significant client responsibilities for more than 20 years. Within the firm, he had primary responsibility for RPM's securities law and corporate governance matters, as well as oversight responsibility for RPM-related acquisition, employee benefits, real estate, environmental and litigation matters.
