Enthone, Inc., a business of Cookson Electronics, has appointed Bioh Kim to process integration manager for Electronic Materials. Kim will be responsible for integrating new chemical processes into the products and applications of major device manufacturers, equipment manufacturers and foundries. He will be based out of the company’s Orange, CT, research and development facility.

Prior to joining Enthone, Kim was employed with Semitool, Inc., Kalispell, MT. Over a span of eight years, he held a range of responsibilities, including process/marketing manager for Korea, senior process development engineer, packaging group leader and business development manager. Kim also was a key contributor and leader in organizing the EMC-3D consortium, which targets technology and business development for through-silicon-via chip integration, and had been working as a program director until April 2007.
