Convenience Products: New DampLock masonry waterproofing paint is a below-grade waterproofing paint that can be used on interior or exterior walls subject to water seepage and mold growth. The product has ultra low-odor with a smooth (not gritty) finish, and is tintable with no effect on water-resistance or durability. With water resistance of over 20 psi hydrostatic pressure, the paint reportedly offers four times the protection required by Federal Specification TTP1411A. The paint contains Home Shield® mildewcide and offers a five-year mold and mildew guarantee, as well as a 10 year waterproofing guarantee.
