Siltech Corp. Creates Sales and Marketing Division in Europe
TORONTO - Siltech Corp., Toronto, Canada, has hired Dr. David Wilson (UK and northern Europe) and Joel Valencony (southwestern Europe) as Regional Sales Managers for its new sales and marketing division in Europe. Prior to joining Siltech, both Wilson and Valencony had extensive careers at Dow Corning as Global Key Account Managers.
Wilson has a Ph.D. from Cambridge University in Materials Science and was awarded a European Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at Hamburg University.
Valencony has a Masters in Business from the Ecole de Spécialisation à la Vente, France and a B.Sc. in Chemistry and Polymers from the University of Joseph Fourier, Grenoble, France.
“Given that Siltech’s focus is to jointly develop new innovative silicone solutions with our customers, it is critical that all of our salesmen are creative and can help our customers design the next generation of products that they need. Both David and Joel are a perfect fit for this,” said Siltech President Dag Enhorning.
Siltech develops, manufactures and markets a full line of organo-functional silicone compounds and related specialties for specific customer applications, using the company’s patented as well as proprietary technology.
