GRAND RAPIDS, MI – X-Rite, Inc., a Danaher Corp. company, announced that Ron Voigt has been named President of the operating company. Related to this announcement, Tom Vacchiano announced his retirement as President of X-Rite, effective March 1, 2013. To facilitate a smooth leadership transition, Vacchiano will immediately take on an advisory role.

Over his 25-year career, Voigt has held global leadership positions at Danaher and Delphi. Most recently, he was President of Commercial and Services Operations at Tektronix. Prior to that, Voigt was President of Kollmorgen. Before joining Danaher, he held a number of leadership positions at Delphi including Divisional Leader, Vice President, Business Unit Leader and Managing Director of European Operations.
