EXTON, PA — NETZSCH Premier Technologies LLC has recently commissioned a new CGS-10 pilot plant in its technical center in Exton, PA.

The NETZSCH CONDUX CGS-10 is manufactured for contamination-free dry grinding of material of any hardness using air jet milling of small batches on a laboratory scale. The grinding principle of this jet mill guarantees a virtually contamination-free, ultra-fine grinding of dry products of all hardness. Grinding takes place completely autogenously in a fluidized bed so that no grinding tool wear occurs. The internal classifier wheel guarantees a defined upper particle size limitation of the ground powder. Grinding results are reproducible from the laboratory mill to a larger, production-scale machine.

The plant is designed to be modular, so that other modules can be added, such as the CONJET® High Density Bed Jet Mill and High-efficiency Classifier Model CFS/HDS to make a completely versatile laboratory platform.

The CGS-10 is now available in the company’s Exton, PA, lab. Contact NETZSCH Premier Technologies to schedule a product testing date.
