H.B. Fuller Co. to Acquire Plexbond Quimica
ST. PAUL, MN - H.B. Fuller Co., St. Paul, MN, has signed an agreement to purchase adhesives company Plexbond Quimica, S/A, a provider of chemical polyurethane specialties and polyester resins that operates a manufacturing facility in Curitiba, Brazil.
The acquisition will increase H.B. Fuller’s ability to deliver specialty adhesives solutions, such as laminating adhesives, to customers in Brazil and across South America.
