Sun Chemical Performance Pigments Opens Manufacturing Plant in Brazil
PARSIPPANY, NJ – Sun Chemical Performance Pigments has opened a new manufacturing facility for pigment dispersions and on-site technical service labs in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Outfitted with customized manufacturing equipment, the Rio de Janeiro plant was developed to create aqueous pigment dispersions that meet the specific needs of the region.
With the opening of the facility, Sun Chemical also introduced its new Aquadisperse family of waterborne pigment dispersions for the decorative coatings market.

The site will support future development of dispersions that meet the specific needs of the region.”
With the opening of the Rio de Janeiro plant, Sun Chemical Performance Pigments is now a global producer of aqueous dispersions on three continents.
