PATERSON, NJ - JNS Smithchem LLC has been appointed the distributor for Specialty Minerals’ line of Talcron^®, MicroTalc^® and Cercron^® grades of talc. JNS Smithchem currently distributes Specialty Minerals’ calcium carbonate products. The company’s territory for these products will include Virginia through to the New England states.

The products are used for applications that include paints and coatings, inks, sealants and adhesives, plastics, and rubber.
