URBANA, OH – Parker Trutec Inc.’s Urbana, OH, facility recently added a fourth zinc phosphate and Bonderlube® line to its selection of industrial coatings. This new addition compliments the other Henkel brand phosphate coatings (manganese, zinc, iron and Bonderlube) that are currently offered at Parker Trutec Urbana.

The added line is a fully automated basket or barrel processing line that will allow Parker Trutec Urbana to achieve tight industry standards for CR, HR and AL substrates. The new line features 6,000-pound-rated hoists and processing tank parameters of 68” x 60” x 56”.  Additionally, the new line has the capabilities of an acid station (if needed) along with the option for parts to be dried or dipped in rust-preventative oil depending on customer requirements.
