Ten companies from the chemical industry and respective downstream sectors got together to test the digital system. The certification ensures that biomass, recycled materials, etc., are appropriately managed under the mass-balance method in the supply chain, including manufacturing. With the acquisition of this certification, Asahi Kasei will be able to provide ISCC PLUS certified products.

For the first time, coatings manufacturer Hempel will participate in the UN climate summit COP27 in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt. Hempel joins the summit to support and push for an accelerated decarbonization, especially in the maritime and renewable energy industries.
