The company has acquired 50.1% of distribution company Losi Group, a solutions provider for bonding composite materials and surface technologies for the aerospace industry, defense sector, MRO, motorsport, and the high-tech automotive industry.
The expansion includes three distributors and enlarges the distributors’ portfolios into the coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomer (CASE), and other building materials markets following a recent acquisition by the company.
With the Merichem Company advised by Grace Matthews, collectively-renamed Merichem Technologies will now be a global provider of sulfur treating technologies and solutions and a suite of proprietary chemical catalysts.
