RPM International Inc. announced it has completed the acquisition of Kalzip GmbH for its Tremco Construction Products Group.

Kalzip, headquartered in Koblenz, Germany, designs and produces aluminum roofing and façade systems for building envelope applications. The company focuses on lightweight, weather-resistant technologies used in commercial and infrastructure projects.

Kalzip reported approximately €75 million in calendar year 2024 net sales. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

RPM said the acquisition strengthens its global building envelope portfolio and expands its presence in Europe. Kalzip’s systems have been used in projects including stadiums, transportation infrastructure and healthcare facilities.

Tremco Construction Products Group, part of RPM, brings together multiple building materials and construction solutions brands to deliver integrated systems across global markets.
