RPM Completes Acquisition of The Pink Stuff
RPM International Inc. has completed its acquisition of Star Brands Group, the U.K.-based parent company of The Pink Stuff, for its Rust-Oleum subsidiary.
The Pink Stuff is now part of Rust-Oleum’s cleaners business within RPM’s Consumer Group. The household-cleaning brand is known for its cleaning paste and has expanded its presence in the United States, Europe and other global markets.
The Pink Stuff generated approximately £150 million in calendar-year 2024 net sales. Terms of the completed transaction were not disclosed.
Rust-Oleum produces products across categories including small-project paints, cleaners, primers, automotive coatings, industrial coatings, wood care and abrasives.
