The workshop is directed toward scientists and engineers involved in product development and latex processing operations, and who produce or use water-based latexes for architectural and paper coatings, textiles, and carpet backings, pressure sensitive adhesives, printing inks, impact modifiers, etc.
NACD has developed innovative programs that help to support education and engagement for employees at every level by engaging the up and comers of the industry in programs like Emerging Leaders and Duke Executive Education, and by continuing to serve those already in leadership positions and throughout the workforce with NACD U.
NDSU is establishing a program to give the next generation of color technologists the education and experience they need to enter the workforce and continue the work.
