The company's last cash dividend increase of 5.0% in October 2022 marked the 49th consecutive year of increased cash dividends paid to its stockholders, placing it in an elite category of less than half of 1% of all publicly traded U.S. companies.

Andreas Denker took up his position on April 1 of this year as part of a transition phase together with the outgoing CEO. His more than 20 years of management experience with internationally operating companies will stand him in good stead.
