Former Senior Director of Technology for the Global Supply Chain R&D at Sherwin Williams joins Graphite Innovation & Technologies (GIT) as a member on its Board of Directors.

The new digital application, called “MyCarbonFootprint,” is
designed to help customers gain a better overview of the sustainability status of the product portfolio they purchase from BASF.
The company's nine manufacturing sites in Brazil are now powered with electricity solely from renewable energy sources, helping to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and transition to a low-carbon economy.

The Innovation Center adds 36,000 square feet of state-of-the-art laboratory and office space, allowing up to 60 research and development scientists to collaborate.
The technology is designed to improve Orion’s yield in the production of carbon black using circular feedstocks and potentially reducing the carbon footprint of the process.
