Beckers Group has incorporated current indexes into a tailor-made index that will help the industry develop more sustainable products specifically for the coatings industry.

The EAB course will be held January 22-26 at the ChemQuest Technology Institute (CQTI) facilities in South Boston, Va. Beginning April 22, the more advanced EAS course will blend remote and in-person learning to provide participants with a combined virtual and hands-on opportunity.

The facility provides filling and packaging capabilities for aerospace materials, including coatings and sealants for a wide range of aircraft, as well as technical support and a laboratory. 

Presented by the FOCUS Committee of the Detroit Society for Coatings Technology (DSCT), the conference will take place on Thursday, April 18th, 2024 in Livonia, Michigan. The submission deadline for abstracts is January 29th, 2024, and the notification of acceptance is expected on February 16th, 2024.

The letter urges the U.S. Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee to tie important conditions to the authority to allow the transport of hazardous materials by Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) in the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) reauthorization.
