Jolanda Poots-Bijl has announced that she will step down as a member of the company's Supervisory Board as of January 31. The decision follows her appointment as CFO of Ahold Delhaize, which limits availability.
The ACD President was joined by the office of U.S. Representative Laurel Lee (FL-15), the National Security Council, the Center for Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Agency, the American Chemistry Council, the Society of Chemical Manufacturers & Affiliates, the Fertilizer Institute, and the American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers to help explain the consequences of the program’s expiration back in July 2023.

Constructed over a period of more than three years, the 5,246-passenger Adora Magic City features the company’s Intersmooth® fouling-control technology.
The 60,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility is the first shared research and development center for the company. It is designed to foster partnership and harness collective expertise among RPM companies to accelerate innovation for their customers.
PPG’s silica products business, which operates within the company’s specialty coatings and materials strategic business unit, manufactures and supplies precipitated silica products to major manufacturers around the world as performance-enhancing additives.
The new facility is a key strategic investment to strengthen the distribution platform in Southeast Asia, where customers will benefit from fast and flexible solvent-based solutions and access to regional supply chain services.
Korinna Möller-Boxberger and Frank Haug have assumed sole ownership of Bodo Möller Chemie since Viola Möller’s departure on December 7, 2023, with Frank Haug now the majority shareholder. The company thus remains a cross-generational family enterprise.
