ELLAVILLE, GA - TCI Powder Coatings, a subsidiary of RPM International Inc., announced a number of personnel changes.
The company welcomes Jim Alexander as the newest Senior Field Technical Service Representative to join its team. Alexander has spent 42 years in the coating industry with the last 21 of those years as a Senior Application Engineering/Technical Services Manager at Valspar. He primarily helped manage technical service representatives for all coating technologies in the 14 southern states and border towns in Mexico. Alexander excelled at making sure that all technical service representatives were properly trained in their respective technologies. He also oversaw setting up customer training programs dedicated to their operations. Additionally, Alexander assisted customer in-line designs for new paint systems to improve operations in all technologies.
The company has appointed Sean K. Stevens as the Field Service Representative for its West Coast Region (California, Utah, Oregon and Washington). Stevens brings over 15 years of experience, including six years managing a powder coatings operation. Prior to several other positions in the powder coating industry, Stevens served in the United States Army as part of the Armor Division.
Nancy Wright has been named Director of Quality. Wright brings over 20 years of experience in various roles with quality and process improvement. She is a Six Sigma Black Belt and is excited to share her valuable skill set with the TCI team. For the past 10 years, Wright has held positions as an Engineering Group Leader and Operations Manager, among several others. She has knowledge and expertise in areas of quality, process improvement and project management.
