NEW ORLEANS — Registration for the 46^th Annual International Waterborne, High-Solids and Powder Coatings Symposium is now open at https://www.waterbornesymposium.com/online-registration/. The symposium will take place Feb. 24 to March 1, 2019, with short courses offered Feb. 24-26, a technology showcase Feb. 26-28, and the symposium Feb. 27-March 1. A student poster session and informal interview session will take place Feb. 28, and paper awards will take place March 1. The symposium will take place at the Astor Crowne Plaza in New Orleans. Early bird registration for the event is available until Dec. 2.

The 2019 plenary lecturer will be Dr. Ajay Virkar, co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of C3Nano. The 2019 Sidney Lauren Memorial Lecturer and winner of the 2018 Siltech Best Paper Award is Dr. Weih Lee, Research and Development Scientist at Sherwin-Williams Co.
