PPG Helps Homeowners Pick Paint Colors While Social Distancing
PITTSBURGH — To ensure both employee and customer safety during the coronavirus pandemic, PPG color experts recently stopped conducting in-home color consultations. During this pandemic, PPG has seen an uptick in requests from customers for color consultations.
PPG’s color experts found a unique way to meet these requests by offering color services virtually.
The biggest pain point for consumers when painting is determining a color and sampling that color. PPG created this program so that homeowners can connect quickly with PPG color experts, receive free color swatches directly and schedule curbside pick-up or delivery, all while maintaining safe social distancing. When submitting a request, customers are asked to provide details about their project, color preferences and photos of the space. Through text, e-mail or FaceTime, PPG color experts provide color recommendations and details to order color swatches or purchase their paint directly from www.homedepot.com, a PPG Paints store or a paint dealer.
