MCHENRY, IL — Chroma Color Corp. has appointed Mike Crosby to Vice President and General Manager of its Epolin business unit.

Crosby joins Chroma Color Corp. from BASF where his most recent role was Global Industry Manager for the Colors & Effects business. Previously, as President and CEO of C&U Americas, he delivered triple-digit annual revenue growth and facilitated formation of a joint venture company. With over 30 years of chemical, industrial and automotive experience, Crosby has held progressive leadership responsibility over sales, marketing, manufacturing and engineering in organizations ranging from private start-ups to billion dollar public corporations. These included NSK, a Japanese motion control company as well as Electronic Data Systems, which was acquired by Hewlett-Packard.

Crosby will work closely with Greg Amato, who has led Epolin since 2004 and will be staying with the business through the transition as Crosby takes on the leadership role with Amato’s planned retirement in 2021.
