PLYMOUTH, MI — The FOCUS Committee of DSCT (Detroit Society for Coatings Technology) is developing an exciting program for the 46th Annual FOCUS Conference, which takes place Thursday, May 5, 2022. The conference will be held in-person at The Inn at St. Johns in Plymouth, Michigan; however, a hybrid option may be added.

The 2022 theme, Focus on the Future, will include topics such as durability improvements, the paintshop of the future, and sustainability. From developing technologies to optimized productivity to emerging test methods, this conference has been the forum to share ideas and grow networks. As technologies continue to evolve and improve, so does FOCUS.

The program will feature two tracks of technical presentations with the option of specialized workshop activities. Leaders from top companies including, Ford, GM, Stellantis, Axalta, Eastman, Evonik, BASF and PPG, will attend. The event will also include a poster session highlighting the talents of students from local universities. Industry exhibitor displays and product samples will be available, and continuous networking opportunities will allow attendees to better connect you with all layers in the industry.
