Improved Edge Line Marking Paint Slashes Downtime and Reduces Waste

Industrial solutions manufacturer, ROCOL, continues to improve its market-leading aerosol paint EASYLINE® EDGE, reducing touch drying time to as little as eight minutes and up to twice as many paint solids when compared with competitor products.
EASYLINE® EDGE has long set the standard in aerosol line marking - available in a rich palette of nine vibrant colors, from high-visibility yellow to opaque white. The unique, traffic-grade epoxy formulation is durable enough to resist the challenges of general chemicals and cleaning agents, ensuring that it maintains integrity even in demanding environments.
The new quicker drying formulation, developed by the chemists within the innovation team at ROCOL, has a higher output spray, which makes it touch dry within eight minutes, and traffic-ready in 30 minutes. Dramatically cutting downtime when essential line marking is required.
The team has also increased the capacity of their cans to hold up to 100% more paint without increasing the size of the can - this means that there is less waste and requires less frequent purchasing.
Improved EASYLINE® EDGE now offers even greater precision when applied using the innovative line marking machine. The machine creates straight and curved lines of outstanding definition without the need for tools and offers customizable line widths, advanced masking plate design and adjustable rear stabilizers to help in tricky corners all ensure a flawless finish.
