This acquisition will expand Brenntag’s last mile operation options in the region and add specific regional tollgate functions. . The new site in Bari has a total surface area of ca. 35,000 sqm and offers automation facilities for dilution, filling and packaging. The site includes an operating area with a tank farm / hypo tanks storage and a powder warehouse, a solvent tank farm, possibilities for Mixing & Blending, a loading/unloading area, the packed warehouse and dilution plants.

Chimica D’Agostino, an important chemical distributor in southern Italy, was in operations since 1948, serving several customers with raw material commodities and specialties for focus industries like Oil & Gas, Water Treatment and other Essentials industries.
