Notes: On November 1, 2023, Rodda Paint completed the acquisition of Valley Paint Manufacturing located in Woods Cross, Utah. Founded in April 1982 by Russell Swan and Brad Olson with a vision to fill a niche in the local market for light industrial coatings, Valley Paint Manufacturing has built an outstanding reputation in manufacturing quality products since growing their sales both regionally and nationally from their facility located in Woods Cross, Utah. With a robust employee base, manufacturing and distribution capacity, and technical and sales expertise, the Valley Paint Manufacturing acquisition provides high-quality people, industrial technology, manufacturing, and formulating capacity to Rodda Paint Co. and the Cloverdale Paint Group. Valley Paint Manufacturing will continue to operate independently in the Salt Lake City area with the support of Rodda Paint Co., making products to service their existing customers and expanding their sales and operations to further grow distribution nationwide. In September 2023, Cloverdale Paint announced upgrades to its Surrey, BC, manufacturing plant and the establishment of a distribution facility and warehouse in North Surrey. The plant expanded its manufacturing capabilities by investing in automated, high-speed paint processing, which more than doubled its decorative paint production capability. With the additional investment in new manufacturing equipment, the company moved its finished goods distribution and warehouse from the Surrey plant to a new 60,000-square-foot high-bay facility with increased stocking capacity, as well as a special area designed for the handling and storage of high-performance industrial coatings.
