Cloverdale Paint operates plants in Canada, including Surrey, British Columbia; Winnipeg, Manitoba; Mississauga, Ontario; Oakville, Ontario; London, Ontario; and Calgary, Alberta.
Rodda-Miller Paint Co. is an independent subsidiary of the Cloverdale Group. Headquartered in Portland, Oregon, the company has more than 140 retail locations across the Northwest, including 97 full-service company stores. Rodda-Miller Paint Co. operates plants in the United States in Portland, Oregon; Woods Cross, Utah; and Vancouver, Washington.

The group sells architectural coatings and related products through 428 distribution points, including corporate stores and independent dealers throughout Canada and the Pacific Northwest, including Alaska. Cloverdale’s industrial maintenance, protective coatings and OEM products are sold through corporate stores and industrial distribution service centers in Surrey, British Columbia; Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta; Winnipeg, Manitoba; Mississauga and London, Ontario; Portland, Oregon; and Montreal, Quebec.

Notes: In January 2025, Cloverdale Paint announced a partnership with Celanese Corp. to use carbon capture and utilization technology in new sustainable paint solutions. The companies said the collaboration was expected to incorporate more than 1 million lb of captured CO2 emissions annually into products manufactured by Cloverdale Paint.
In March, Rodda-Miller Paint Company unveiled a new logo following the unification of Rodda Paint and Miller Paint.
In June, Cloverdale Paint Group and its Rodda-Miller subsidiary introduced a Made in Canada Rodda Paint interior paint program at select Costco warehouse locations.
In October, Cloverdale Paint named Jake Jevric vice president, Trade Sales & Marketing. He succeeded Marty McKenna, who retired at the end of 2025.
Also in October, Cloverdale Paint named Day Spa 0634 its 2026 Colour of the Year.
