RPM International Inc. has appointed Craig S. Morford, Christopher L. Mapes and Julie A. Beck to its board of directors. The company is focused on enhancing the expertise and diversity of its board to support its long-term growth strategy.

Morford, who previously served on RPM’s board from 2013 to 2019, will rejoin the board effective immediately. He brings extensive legal and compliance experience, having recently retired as general counsel and corporate secretary at ExxonMobil. Morford also held the role of chief legal and compliance officer at Cardinal Health and served as acting deputy attorney general under President George W. Bush. He will serve on RPM’s corporate governance & nominating committee.

Mapes is the former executive chair of Lincoln Electric and will also join the board immediately. He has a strong background in industrial manufacturing and global growth, having previously served as chairman, president and CEO of Lincoln Electric. Mapes will serve on RPM’s compensation committee.

Beck, who is currently the senior vice president and chief financial officer of Terex Corporation, will join the board in April 2025. She has over 30 years of financial leadership experience and will serve on RPM’s audit committee.

With these new appointments, RPM’s board will expand to 12 members.
