Henkel Adhesive Technologies and Nordmeccanica S.p.A. have formalized a strategic partnership to drive sustainable innovation in the flexible packaging market. The agreement builds on a 30-year collaboration between Henkel, a global leader in adhesives and coatings, and Nordmeccanica, a leading manufacturer of coating and laminating equipment.

The partnership aims to address evolving packaging regulations, circularity goals, and increasing demands for digitalization. By aligning technologies across adhesives, functional coatings, and converting machinery, the companies will accelerate the development of optimized, application-ready solutions for converters and brand owners.

The agreement outlines joint efforts in technical development, digital process integration, and converter training. The companies will continue co-launching new solutions, including an upcoming innovation to be presented at the Giflex conference in November 2025.
