Fenix Specialty Coatings announced that National Coatings Inc., a supplier of high-performance coatings for the general industrial and packaging markets, has joined the company’s portfolio. The acquisition enhances Fenix’s production capacity, technical resources, and geographic reach.

The combined business will operate under Fenix Specialty Coatings, which includes brands such as Sierra, TCI Coatings, Burke, SureCrete, TK Products, and Concrete Coatings Inc.
