The 53rd Annual International Waterborne, High-Solids and Powder Coatings Symposium is now accepting abstracts for its 2026 event, to be held February 11–13 in New Orleans. Organized by the School of Polymer Science and Engineering at The University of Southern Mississippi, the symposium invites original, non-commercial research that advances coatings science and engineering.

Suggested topics include bio-based coatings, smart and functional materials, powder and high-solids technologies, and the integration of artificial intelligence in formulation. Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified by October 1, and full technical papers are due by December 1.
