Michelman announced the fulfillment of its $750,000 philanthropic pledge in honor of the company’s 75th anniversary. The funds have been distributed to more than 100 nonprofit organizations across the Americas, Europe and Asia, supporting initiatives in STEM education, environmental stewardship and community well-being.
The pledge, first announced on October 29, 2024, reflects Michelman’s Legacy of Giving Back and honors the communities where its associates live and work. Employees nominated local organizations for consideration, and 14 of those were selected for larger contributions aimed at delivering transformational impact.
“Our associates are incredible,” said Dr. Rick Michelman, president and CEO. “We were inspired by the number and quality of organizations they brought forward. Many are groups our team already supports through volunteer work. Each donation was carefully reviewed and vetted.”
