Henkel announced a leadership transition for its North America region, effective July 1, 2025. The newly appointed regional president will oversee operations across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico, succeeding Pernille Lind Olsen.

The change comes as Henkel continues to focus on growth and performance across its consumer and industrial brands in its largest global market. In 2024, North America accounted for 28 percent of Henkel’s global sales, totaling close to $6.5 billion.
