Gemini Industries, Inc. is a dynamic manufacturer of innovative, high-quality wood finishes and coatings for interior, exterior and real wood floor applications. Founded in 1964, Gemini has grown from a local business to an international supplier, making its mark serving distributors, manufacturers, professional wood finishers and consumers. Gemini has two manufacturing plants and seven distribution facilities that provide nationwide service as well as a team offering sales and technical support. The Gemini brand family includes Gemini® Wood Finishes, Sirca® North America, EVO® Eclipse, Rudd® Wood Finishes, Glitsa® Wood Floor Finishes, Lenmar® Fine Wood Finishes, TWP® Total Wood Protectant exterior wood finishes, Master’s Magic® and Zero Rust®. Gemini most recently acquired Diamond Vogel’s Industrial Wood Coatings Division which includes Aquinity, a line of waterborne clear and opaque coatings designed to meet evolving market demands, the PUR line and more. The brand family offers a wide range of products suitable for cabinetry, furniture, architecture and millwork, wood flooring, exterior shake, facia, decks, siding, fences and more.

Notes: In December 2024, Gemini broke ground on a new 52,000-square-foot warehouse in El Reno, Oklahoma, set to open in summer 2025. The facility will expand storage capacity and improve distribution efficiency.
