Gemini Industries reported 2025 coatings sales above $125 million as it added industrial wood coatings capability, logistics capacity and manufacturing automation.

2025 Coatings Sales: Over $125 million
In February 2025, Gemini acquired Diamond Vogel’s Industrial Wood Coatings Division. The transaction added the Aquinity waterborne clear and opaque coatings line, the PUR line and related industrial wood coatings products to Gemini’s portfolio. Gemini retained the division’s dedicated industrial wood sales and technical service employees to support the transition.

In April, the Texas/Oklahoma Chapter of The ESOP Association named Gemini its 2025 ESOP Company of the Year.
In May, Gemini introduced Glitsa® IdroClear™, a one-component waterborne clear finish for residential wood floors. The product is available in satin and matte sheens.
In September, Gemini opened a support and supply facility in Omro, Wisconsin. The site provides administrative support, warehousing and shipping and receiving operations, with a color-tinting support center planned for the location.
In October, Gemini added a fully automated packaging line at its El Reno plant. The investment included a case erector, an additional FANUC robot for palletizing, direct inkjet case coding and a Cognex vision sensor array for packaging verification.
Also in October, Gemini announced sales-leadership changes, appointing David Potter director of sales and Dustin McCartney regional manager of sales for the East. The company also added Wilson Feliciano as business development manager for the East.
