Excelitas Technologies published its 2024 Sustainability Report, detailing the company’s sustainability achievements, initiatives and performance for the year. The report identifies Excelitas’ most significant impact areas and introduces a refined corporate sustainability strategy.

In 2024, the company began integrating its operations and acquisitions under a unified “One Excelitas” structure and updated its Purpose, Mission, Vision and Values. The new sustainability strategy aligns with those principles and is designed to better serve customers, comply with regulations and advance broader business goals.

“We have clarity about who we want to be as a responsible business and a plan for how we will get there,” said Ron Keating, president and CEO of Excelitas.

The strategy outlines six priority themes—two aimed at growing Excelitas’ positive “handprint” through innovation and workforce development, and four focused on reducing the company’s environmental and ethical “footprint,” including safe operations, climate action, supply chain responsibility and stakeholder engagement.
