A new hybrid acrylic coating for galvanized steel is now available, designed to protect against corrosion while maintaining a bright, clear finish. The coating combines traditional acrylic aesthetics with enhanced functionality, including self-healing and cut-edge protection via InterReactive® technology. It is RoHS compliant, dry-formable, weldable, and resists fingerprints.

Designed for use by OEMs, steel service centers, and tube mills, this thin-film acrylic can be applied at the manufacturer’s Gary, Indiana facility or distributed as a wholesale chemical. Suitable for processing steel sheets up to 72 inches wide, it extends product life without compromising appearance.
