Ashland launched its iSolve℠ customer portal, a new digital platform designed to give specialty additives customers on-demand access to comprehensive product and regulatory information. The portal provides a streamlined, self-service experience that supports faster response times and improved customer engagement across the company’s global network.
“As we introduce the iSolve customer portal, we’re taking another significant step forward in improving customer engagement,” said Dago Caceres, senior vice president and general manager, specialty additives. “By providing our customers with instant access to vital product and regulatory information, this portal will allow us to respond to their requests more efficiently and deliver an enhanced experience across every interaction.”
The iSolve portal enables users to search product information by name, market segment, application or function. Once registered, customers can access technical and marketing documents, download regulatory files and submit sample requests directly through the site.
