Cortec Corporation announced the appointment of Ivana Radic Borsic as executive vice president and managing director of CorteCros d.o.o., effective Oct. 15, 2025. She will direct strategic growth, sales, logistics and production for Cortec’s European operations. Radic Borsic will also retain her position as vice president of sales, Europe, to integrate regional sales with CorteCros operations.

The company said Radic Borsic will oversee CorteCros facilities in Croatia, including the production site and laboratory in Split and administrative offices in Zagreb. Responsibilities include manufacturing VpCI/MCI products for EU supply, managing quality control, supporting new product development and optimizing distribution across the EU, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

“Ivana has been an incredibly valuable part of the Cortec family for 26 years,” said Boris Miksic, CEO of Cortec Corporation. “She embodies the strategic, sustainable and results-driven vision we have for our entire European operations.”
