Armstrong Industrial introduced high-pressure umbilical flushing units, a high-pressure wash system, and a mobile ultra high-pressure wash unit ahead of the Waterjet Technology Association Conference and Expo. The umbilical units offer waterjetting to 2,500–16,000 psi with flows of 2.5–15.8 gpm. Ceramic RAM components are designed for wear resistance and reduced embodied carbon versus steel while intelligent controls add IoT connectivity for performance tracking and predictive maintenance. The high-pressure wash system uses variable speed control and auto stop to reduce energy use and water waste and adapts to different wash zones.
