Need to Know
- Low-flow configurations provide 10 to 70 L/min, while high-flow versions provide 70 to 120 L/min at pressures from 300 bar to more than 1,000 bar.
- Control functions include variable-speed operation, real-time pressure and flow monitoring, alarms, diagnostics and predictive-maintenance capabilities.
Armstrong Industrial has launched a High-Pressure Wash System for cleaning industrial equipment including heat-transfer surfaces, cooling coils, air preheaters, electrostatic precipitators, boilers and other process equipment.
Powered by Armstrong Envelope Intelligence, the system adjusts pressure and flow to match cleaning requirements. Features include variable-speed control, soft start and stop, automatic shutdown during idle periods, real-time pressure and flow monitoring, integrated alarms and diagnostics, and predictive-maintenance capabilities based on runtime and load history.
The system is available in low- and high-flow configurations. Low-flow models deliver 10 to 70 L/min, while high-flow models provide 70 to 120 L/min. Both operate at pressures ranging from 300 bar to more than 1,000 bar.
