Siltech Corporation announced the opening of its third manufacturing facility in Fort Erie, Ontario. The US$75 million, 180,000-square-foot investment expands production of specialty organo-modified silicones for a growing global customer base. Headquartered in Toronto, the company supplies materials used in personal care, inks and coatings, polyurethane foam and car care, along with other specialty market segments. The Fort Erie site adds capacity to support demand and complements Siltech’s existing Canadian manufacturing footprint. According to the company, the expansion is intended to improve supply resilience and service for customers across multiple end markets while supporting future growth in silicone technologies.
