Syensqo Confirms CEO Transition at Start of 2026

Syensqo said that Mike Radossich has officially assumed the role of chief executive officer and member of the company’s board of directors, effective Jan. 1, 2026. The appointment follows a leadership transition announced in September 2025.
Radossich succeeds Ilham Kadri, who will continue supporting the company as a special advisor during the leadership transition, according to the company.
Syensqo described Radossich as a long-standing executive with experience leading global businesses across the organization. In his new role, the company said he will guide Syensqo’s next phase as it focuses on long-term performance, sustainable growth and value creation for stakeholders.
Syensqo operates as a global science company with more than 13,000 employees across 30 countries. The company develops materials and solutions used in applications spanning construction, transportation, energy, electronics and healthcare, with an emphasis on sustainability and circular economy initiatives.
A video message from Radossich discussing the leadership transition has been made available on the company’s website.
This leadership update aligns with PCI’s ongoing coverage of personnel announcements across the global paint and coatings supply chain.
