The ROSS DPM-750 double planetary mixer is capable of mixing up to 750 gallons per batch and engineered with safety features for a Class I, Division 1, Group D hazardous environment. Designed for ultra-high viscosity, it’s powered by a pair of high-viscosity stirrers ideal for turning over extremely thick or dense materials. The vacuum mixing to 29.5” Hg improves dispersion quality and produces void-free products. The mixer’s stainless steel contact parts are polished to an 80-grit finish, and interchangeable mix cans support flexible batch processing. The mixer also includes a dual-post hydraulic lift with an explosion-proof motor that has  integrated locks for safety, along with the ram-type discharge system designed for efficient product transfer and easy cleaning.
