Diamond Vogel introduced Peridium® T82, a powder coating designed to improve edge coverage on laser-cut steel in a single coat. The system targets sharp edges that are prone to early corrosion and coating failure.

Peridium T82 incorporates EdgeSpan™ Technology, which supports controlled curing at a microscopic level to improve coating adhesion over edges. The formulation is designed to reduce film pullback and exposure of bare metal.

The coating meets edge-coverage requirements without a primer, helping streamline application processes. It also demonstrated durability through ISO testing, including salt spray and cyclic corrosion evaluations, supporting long-term performance in industrial environments.
