CTT Summit Extends Call for Speakers Deadline

The Coatings Trends & Technologies (CTT) Summit has extended its call for speakers deadline to April 17, 2026, providing an additional week for industry professionals to submit technical abstracts.
The 2026 event, taking place September 15–17 in Lombard, Illinois, will feature more than 50 sessions across multiple concurrent tracks. The program is developed through submitted abstracts and guided by Paint & Coatings Industry’s Editorial Advisory Board, with a focus on application-driven content for coatings chemists, formulators and R&D professionals.
Organizers are seeking presentations that address real-world formulation challenges, performance outcomes and evolving industry conditions. Topics of interest include artificial intelligence and digitalization, architectural coatings, bio-based technologies, corrosion-control, curing technologies, formulation strategies, industrial coatings, low-VOC solvents, manufacturing and testing equipment, new additive and resin developments, pigment and colorant technologies, powder coatings, smart coatings, supply chain challenges, UV/EB curing and waterborne systems.
As outlined in the original call, submissions are evaluated on both technical depth and practical relevance, with an emphasis on how coatings perform in use and how formulation decisions impact outcomes.
The CTT Summit brings together formulators, chemists, suppliers and industry stakeholders for technical exchange, short courses and networking opportunities. The 2026 program will also include expanded short course offerings and a student poster session connecting academic research with industry applications.
Abstracts must be submitted by April 17.
