CPI Launches Hybrid, Year-Round Professional Development Program

The Center for the Polyurethanes Industry announced a new format for its Professional Development Program, introducing a more flexible, year-round learning model for industry professionals. The 2026 program will launch virtually on May 12.
The redesigned program includes 15 courses delivered in a hybrid format, combining virtual learning with in-person instruction. Virtual sessions will take place during spring and fall semesters and will cover topics including polyurethane chemistry, bio-based raw materials, battery assembly materials for electric vehicles, life cycle assessments, and polyurethane testing and performance.
Five additional in-person courses will begin October 4, 2026, alongside the 2026 Polyurethanes Technical Conference, offering hands-on learning and networking opportunities.
For more than 20 years, CPI’s Education Center has offered the program to support both experienced professionals and those new to the polyurethane industry. Courses are taught by industry experts and are open to suppliers, producers, distributors, manufacturers, and marketing professionals across the polyurethane value chain.
