DIC Announces Price Increases for Epoxy Resins and Curing Agents

DIC Corporation announced sales price revisions for epoxy resins and epoxy resin curing agents, effective for products delivered on or after April 15, 2026. The materials are used in applications including electronics insulation and coatings.
The company said recent tensions in the Middle East have disrupted the procurement environment for crude oil and petrochemical-derived raw materials such as naphtha, leading suppliers to adjust pricing and supply conditions.
DIC stated that rising costs for raw materials, labor and overhead, including logistics and storage, have increased its overall cost burden. Despite efforts to offset these increases through cost reduction measures, the company said pricing revisions are necessary to maintain stable supply.
The announced increases vary by product type, including bisphenol A and bisphenol F resins, novolac resins and curing agents, polyamide and polyamine curing agents, and other related products.
DIC noted that additional price revisions or supply adjustments may be implemented depending on future changes in raw material markets and geopolitical conditions.
