IMCD Group announced the appointments of Reanne Rust as managing director for Canada, effective May 1, 2026, and Santiago Beltran as managing director for Central America, effective July 1, 2026.
Rust joined IMCD in August 2024 and has worked with CEO Marcus Jordan and senior leadership on strategic initiatives to strengthen commercial performance and operational execution. She most recently supported a supplier expansion in Europe. Prior to IMCD, she worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey and holds a master’s degree in chemical and biomedical engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD.
“Reanne has made a real impact since joining us,” said Marcus Jordan. “She has driven some of our most important strategic priorities and shown that she can drive commercial excellence at scale.”
Rust said she will focus on advancing growth and delivering value across IMCD’s Canadian operations.
Beltran joined IMCD in 2024 as business group director for food and nutrition in Colombia and later expanded his responsibilities across Latin America. He brings more than 15 years of experience in the sector, including roles at DSM and Joli Foods. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from ICESI University and a master’s degree in management from HEC Montreal.
“Santiago Beltran has shown strong leadership across Latin America,” said Nicolas Kaufmann. “His focus on practical growth and collaboration makes him well suited to lead our business in Central America.”
Beltran said he will focus on building on existing momentum and strengthening relationships with customers and partners across the region.
